We usually have more control over our lives than we think, especially when we take responsibility for our actions. Life is about the commitment to our personal and professional relationships and our expectation to perform some action in that relationship. Many of our duties to act arise from a system of ethics or morality, especially in our given culture, getting pleasure when we honor those commitments.
Our success happens when we do things relevant to specific, attainable goals. You can never be happy if you are still trying to figure out what you need to be happy and successful.
Living on your terms might seem like a distant dream in a world full of external pressures and societal expectations. But it doesn't have to be! Embrace the journey towards a life where you prioritize your safety, happiness, and success according to your unique values and aspirations.
Here's how:
Prioritize Your Well-Being: Your safety is paramount. This includes physical safety, mental health, and emotional well-being. Create a secure environment, practice self-care, and seek support when needed. Remember, it's okay to set boundaries and say no to things that compromise your safety and peace of mind.
Find Joy in Everyday Moments: Happiness is not a destination but a journey. Discover what brings you joy and incorporate those activities into your daily life. Surround yourself with positive influences, engage in hobbies, and cultivate gratitude for the little things.
Define Your Success: Success is deeply personal. Forget the one-size-fits-all definition and create your own version of success. Whether career achievements, personal growth, or fulfilling relationships, focus on what genuinely matters to you and set realistic, achievable goals.
Live Authentically: Embrace who you are and live authentically. Be true to your values, beliefs, and passions. Authenticity attracts genuine connections and opportunities that align with your true self.
Empower Yourself: Take charge of your life. Educate yourself, develop new skills, and seek growth opportunities. Empowerment comes from within, and when you believe in your abilities, you pave the way for a fulfilling and successful life.
Think about how many goals you try to achieve at a time, and how many of your goals involve helping loved ones or others. Trying to achieve those goals, how many things do you control? How important is achieving a goal, and what would you be willing to sacrifice to achieve that goal? Are you willing to fight for your success, possessing knowledge and power? Do you believe you have the power?
Some of us have convinced ourselves we can achieve anything, influencing and persuading others to do what is needed turning a loss into a victory. In contrast, others have failed to recognize their responsibility for their reality. To be successful and happy, exercise your influence through the mental and emotional exploitation of beliefs and knowledge to benefit your perspective. Live a life positively intended to achieve success for all involved. You do not need to force the world to bend to your wishes and wants; things happen because you put the right things in motion.
Do not operate on your manipulated biases and opinions to truly enjoy life. Make your actions and behavior a part of your becoming a mental warrior. Manipulate those situations of hate and anger that are unproductive to your happiness. Maintain a positive attitude, a state of being great. Do you see yourself as a loser when you did not get what you wanted? Did you give up or learn from the loss and try even harder? The right attitude will not let you quit.
Losing does not have to be a part of your life. When you are not successful and losing has become expected, you may do whatever you can to win, placing pressure on you to win, taking the easy way out by cheating and lying, justifying failure instead of learning from it. Losers often justify their behavior blaming others for those failures, lying to themselves.
To prevent losing know yourself, or it will be hard to be happy or prosperous as you will be manipulated by others. Happiness is not an accident; it is your process. You can be born to wealthy parents, but your position or status does not guarantee success and happiness; this happens if you make it happen. You get up every morning knowing what you will do and how to do the things needed. A well-developed routine leads to success, and you do not have to think about what you will do in most situations; you do the right thing.
You possess a successful mindset, a warrior's mindset, living by disciplined principles and a code of conduct, often to protect others. You eliminate conflict and resistance, ensuring the peace, safety, and well-being of those important to you and difficult situations. You accept being wrong without embarrassment. You understand your power, obtained by gaining knowledge questioning the What, Where, When, and most importantly, the Why. Then, you use the tools and techniques you have mastered to deal with the most difficult situations on your terms. The better you gain knowledge and understand your world, the greater your success.
Knowing what to do with your knowledge is a warrior's skill. To aid you in becoming a warrior, read my book, the 12 Steps to Sophisticated Manipulation.
