Our greatest desires are often considered dreams, but in most cases, they are attainable. Do you believe you can bring what you want into your life by focusing your thoughts and emotions on them and creating positive energy to attract what you desire? Does this include anything from material possessions like a new car or a bigger house to intangible things like love, happiness, or success?


The concept that our thoughts and beliefs shape our reality has become very important.

According to this idea, focusing on positive thoughts and beliefs can attract positive experiences and outcomes. But for this to happen, we need to act to make our thoughts manifest in reality. But to be successful, we need to make our routines a rehearsal for the extreme. Your routines and habits can help you stay focused, productive, and motivated. Your routine should fit your goals to make your dreams a reality. Of course, everyone's routines and habits will be different based on their goals, personality, and lifestyle.


Controlling our reality through our daily actions and thoughts can be empowering in a chaotic and unpredictable world. It gives us a sense of control and can help us to feel more optimistic about the future. To accomplish your goals, define what you want and be clear and specific about your desires. Write them down and visualize them in your mind. It is hard to have or achieve something we do not understand. There are things we desire in life even if we cannot define them, like:


Happiness: This can be defined in different ways depending on the individual. For some, happiness might mean accomplishing your goals and dreams or having fulfilling relationships; for others, it might mean pursuing their passions and interests.


Health: It may include a sense of physical, mental, and emotional well-being and the joy of living a healthy lifestyle.


Financial security means having enough money to live comfortably and enjoy life without worrying about financial struggles. However, having more than those in your circle is a top priority for some.


Meaningful relationships include strong connections with others, feeling supported and loved, and belonging.


Personal growth and fulfillment: Many people want to feel like they are growing and learning, whether that's through personal development, education, or pursuing their goals and passions. They also want to feel fulfilled and have a sense of purpose.

Fulfilling these desires requires that we continue to work on them. So, you should enjoy and try doing the following:


Wake up early: Many successful people wake up early, often before sunrise. This gives them more time in the day to get things done. They attempt to get their most challenging things out of the way first. Your routine should start before you get out of bed. Take the time to visualize your day. Take time to enjoy the moment of having a good night’s sleep.


Exercise: Regular exercise is a common habit among successful people. It helps them stay healthy, reduce stress, and improve their mental focus. Your diet is as important as your exercise routine; find a diet that fits who you are, like using Exipuer. But for those who feel they need to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time, like 20 pounds in just 30 days, there is no routine for rapid weight loss because it can lead to several health problems, including malnutrition and dehydration, among others.


Moreover, losing such a significant amount of weight in such a short period is not sustainable, and you'll likely regain the weight as soon as you return to your regular diet and lifestyle. Your routine should aim at gradual and sustainable weight loss, usually 1-2 pounds per week. This can be achieved through a healthy, balanced diet and regular exercise.


Therefore, instead of focusing on rapid weight loss, consider making your diet fit a long-term lifestyle that can help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight over time.


Meditation: You can start your meditation session as you wake up. Meditation is another habit that many successful people use to improve their mental clarity and focus. It can help reduce stress, improve emotional intelligence, and promote well-being.


Goal setting: You should track your progress and stay motivated about the goals you set. This might include daily to-do lists, productivity apps, or habit trackers. What have you accomplished, and why or why not? Do you accomplish a goal before you set a new one? How many goals are you working on at once?


You can accomplish the above things as you get out of bed in the morning. Set your alarm and put your clock out of close reach. Then, as you move into bed, practice meditation for a few minutes and work on your breathing. As you sit up on the edge of your bed, start stretching. Now, make your bed and continue your daily routine.


To maintain your daily routine, focus on a few goals at a time, usually between one and three, to increase your chances of success. Spreading yourself too thin and trying to work on too many goals at once can lead to burnout, lack of focus, and lower quality of work.


Start with those goals that are the most important to you and align with your values and long-term vision. It may also be useful to break down larger goals into smaller, more manageable steps and to create a plan or schedule to help you stay on track.




Our goals and desires come from watching other successful people, so we have as many tools as possible to enhance our creativity.


Reading: Many successful people are avid readers or researchers. This helps them stay informed, learn new things, and expand their knowledge and perspective. Being an expert can lead to personal success. Reading about the successes and failures of others can provide motivation and inspiration to pursue one's goals and dreams. Successful people are always looking for ways to improve themselves and their skills; reading is an excellent way to do this. Whether it's a self-help book, a biography of a successful person, or a book on business strategy, reading provides valuable insights and knowledge. Reading can also stimulate creativity and innovation by exposing you to new ideas, perspectives, and ways of thinking. It can help you think outside the box, challenge your assumptions, and develop new solutions to problems.


Time management: Successful people are often very disciplined when managing their time. They prioritize their tasks, minimize distractions, and make the most of their productive hours, with everything having a purpose that fits into their life or lifestyle. They know how to say no to tasks or commitments that are not essential or do not align with their priorities.


Use technology tools such as calendars, task managers, and timers to help you manage your time more effectively. For example, if you cannot set aside time to research or read because your schedule is full, use an audiobook as you drive or travel. Take regular breaks to help you stay refreshed and focused. This will help you avoid burnout and ensure you work at your best.


Networking: Building and maintaining strong relationships is common among successful people. They make time to connect with others, attend events, and collaborate with colleagues. They do not wait for others to contact them; they reach out to those in their world or those they need to create a relationship.

Your daily tasks should eliminate stress and give you confidence in achieving your goals, making your routine a rehearsal for the extreme, like practicing and mastering the following:


Being Safe: In all situations, look for unpredictable or aggressive behavior. For instance, if you are hiking and encountering a wild animal or a person behaving erratically, being prepared can help you respond appropriately and protect yourself. Before the hike, did you take something to defend yourself or some form of a first aid kit? Develop situational awareness to know your environment and the people you interact with.


Crisis management: Being prepared during a crisis or emergency can help you react quickly and effectively. This could be anything from a natural disaster to a terrorist attack. Having a plan and being prepared can help you stay calm and make better decisions during high-stress situations. Crisis management is having insurance systems in place, like home, fire, and income insurance. Depending on your career, you may need to know de-escalation or self-defense techniques. One of my routines for dealing with any physical crisis is practicing my self-defense techniques, movement, and even how I stand and sit.


Developing a competitive mindset: In sports or business, anticipating your opponent's next move and being prepared can help you stay ahead of the competition. Looking for advantages should be done daily by researching situations and people you plan on encountering. The more knowledge you have about any situation or person, the more advantage you can have, depending on how you use what you know.


Resilience: Practice being resilient and adaptable to changing situations. By developing the skills and mindset to handle extreme situations, you become more confident in facing challenges and overcoming obstacles.


When setting your goals, define what you consider as "extreme.” For example, the loss of a loved one or break up, the loss of a job, or a major injury or sickness.


Then, set a specific goal you want to achieve, including interacting with the extreme. For instance, if you want to be able to run a marathon, set a goal to run a certain distance within a specific time frame that is harder than the time to run the full marathon. If your goal is to be financially stable in four years, plan to save six months of your yearly income in less than two years; this plan will also help you survive losing your job.


Increase the intensity of your routines gradually: This will help you build up your endurance and prepare your body for the extreme. For example, before running your marathon, start by running shorter distances at a moderate pace and gradually increase the distance and pace.

Incorporate challenges: To make your routine more challenging, incorporate different obstacles or challenges that you may encounter in extreme situations. For instance, as you train for your marathon, try running uphill, on different terrains, or in different weather conditions. Or, to save money, how long can you go on a daily budget of not spending more than one percent of your monthly income or $50 a day, other than your mortgage or major bills?

Practice mental toughness: Mental toughness is as important as physical endurance in extreme situations. Focus on breathing, visualization, and positive self-talk to develop mental toughness during your routine. It would be best to practice eliminating emotions from your life and only show emotions to prove a point or gain an advantage. Develop a never-give-up attitude when saving money. You try spending less and less each day, or when weightlifting, increase the weight in your daily workout.


Evaluate and adjust: Regularly evaluate your progress and adjust your routine accordingly. This will help you identify areas for improvement and make the necessary changes to reach your goals. Look for new ways of doing the things you do daily. Look at failure as an opportunity to gain experience and improve.


By following these steps, you can make your routine a rehearsal for the extreme and prepare yourself to face any challenges that may come your way.
